UXBD is an independent software company.
We design, build and support our own products: web platforms, plugins, apps and tools that help businesses run better. The first product family is ReDock.
How a product is made
- Every destructive control asks first and says what will happen, in order. Delete a site, revoke a key, cancel a job: a dialog each time.
- The agent lists the steps it will take before it takes them, and every change has an Undo.
- A site's state is a set of reasons in sentences, never a score out of a hundred.
- Release notes are one plain line per change, published with every version and shown in the app.
How a product is sold
- Each product has its own site with its prices on the page. ReDock's is tryredock.com.
- The desktop app is free and needs no account. Web plans are priced by how many sites you connect and how many people you bring, one site free.
- Fourteen days to change your mind on any paid plan. Cancel any time and keep the period you paid for.
- Ask for an export or a deletion and it is done within two working days, with a confirmation.
